Going So Soon?
In the late afternoon, as day is about to turn into night, something changes in the Nature Park. Very, very quietly, with barely a noise, out of the woods come turtles, wild boars, jackals and foxes. This is the hour of the wild animals. During the daytime, all the people who visit the spring scare away the animals -- they don't like the clatter and bustle of human folks. Which is why the big iron gates of Ramat Hanadiv clang shut at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, and the four-legged creatures can feel free to wander down to the water and quench their thirst.
